About Me

My name is Spencer Poston and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Boulder, Colorado. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado in 2024. Prior to that, I worked as a music teacher in the public schools and I still hold a deep love for music and teaching to this day. Combining my love for therapy and education, I worked in the counseling center within the Colorado State University Health Network for three years before opening my own private practice.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife, Hannah, and my dog, Letty, and playing tabletop games like Dungeons & Dragons and Warhammer. I believe that maintaining a sense of play in adulthood is crucial to having a joyful life!
