My name is Spencer Poston and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Boulder, Colorado. I work with clients from many backgrounds, including those hoping to discuss topics like depression, anxiety, relationship issues, LGBTQIA+ identities, men’s issues, and more.

  • The amount that you pay depends on your insurance plan. See which insurance providers I accept below! For those paying out-of-pocket, I offer a rate of $165/hr for individual therapy sessions. I offer sliding scale pricing for those who qualify.

  • I offer both! I’m happy to meet with you in my Boulder office, virtually, or a mixture of both depending on your needs.

  • We’ll start by scheduling a free 30-minute consultation for us to get to know each other and chat about your hopes for therapy. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule our intake appointment and begin working towards your goals!

  • I am in-network with Cigna, Aetna, Optum, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Carelon. I also accept private-pay for those who do not want to bill through insurance.
